Supersonic Spraying Equipment is a cutting-edge technology that utilizes high-velocity gas streams to deposit materials onto a substrate surface. Here's an overview of this advanced equipment.Basic Principle:Supersonic spraying equipment operates on the principle of accelerating a mixture of fuel (such as kerosene) and oxygen through a specially designed nozzle. 


This mixture is fully atomized and injected into a combustion chamber where it undergoes high temperature and pressure. After ignition, a supersonic jet flow is created, which carries powdered materials into the flame stream. The powdered materials are heated and accelerated before being sprayed onto the workpiece surface, forming a high-quality coating.

Fuel Type and Combustion Mode: The equipment uses kerosene as fuel and oxygen as the accelerant, resulting in a relatively safe combustion mode.

Gun Structure and Performance: The spray gun is designed based on rocket engine principles, with a chamber pressure of 150 psi and a flame flow rate exceeding 2000 m/s. The output power can be adjusted to meet different coating requirements.
